Pre-Screening Process

  • Eligibility to work We as recruiters are educated to identify applicants who are legally entitled to work in Canada.
  • GMP, WHIMS, Health & Safety Handouts on GMP, WHIMS, and Health & Safety are given to all staff members for reading.
  • Worker health & safety awareness certificate All of our employees are health & safety and WHMIS certified before they start their employment.
  • WHIMS info video After watching the WHIMS video, all our employees are trained on workplace hazardous items.
  • Registration We collect all of the candidates’ information on our application form, which helps us understand their background and areas of interest. A written consent is received from the employees to share their information and get in touch with their references.
  • Reference Check To ascertain whether an applicant is qualified for the position, we speak with previous supervisors because past performance is frequently the best predictor of future performance.
  • Criminal background checks and credit checks We perform criminal background checks on all the employees before we place an employee. Credits checks and vulnerable police checks are also conducted for the positions requiring those checks.
  • Correct placement for the correct job We regard every applicant or business we collaborate with as an individual and make sure the right person is placed in the right position.

Our Payroll Support

  • Taxation We pay the necessary government remittances for each employee we supply to work for your business. EI, CPP, and WSIB are examples of all government remittances, albeit they are not the only ones.
  • Statutory holidays We will pay for statutory holidays, which are covered in our quote.
  • Vacation money All employees receive upfront vacation pay, which is determined by the number of hours worked.
  • Overtime payment If an employee works more than forty-four hours per week, they will be paid once and a half. However, they must not work more than sixty hours per week in accordance with regulations.
  • Payroll costs We are responsible for covering any recurring costs associated with processing the payroll.

Advantages of using Employment Agency

  • Increase output Full-time employees can continue to concentrate on their primary responsibilities while still being productive by hiring temporary workers to manage the additional workload.
  • Prior to purchasing, try Before making a formal offer of employment, staffing firms allow the company to test-drive a candidate and find any shortcomings that might not be apparent during an interview.
  • Reduce expenses Temporary workers can be used as needed without committing to 40 hours per week, even if their hourly rate may be more than that of a full-time employee.
  • Stay clear of unemployment insurance claims Since the temporary employee works for the staffing agency rather than the company, there are no unemployment claims, saving HR managers countless hours of time dealing with the Department of Labor and unemployment claims.
  • A prompt resolution in an emergency When there is an unforeseen or short-term need due to a seasonal or peak time, temporary assistance companies can promptly supply your company with enough and qualified personnel.
  • Be more adaptable While you are looking for the ideal applicant for a specific position, using a staffing agency is a wonderful approach to keep up productivity. Contact the temp agency if you’re unhappy with a temporary employee’s performance, and they’ll handle the rest.
